The Care Model

The CARE model that has been created by Kelly Quinn is effective wherever there is a group of people who want to embrace CARE as their ethos. The CARE model works with high-performing private sector teams as well as public and third sector and in grassroots self organising teams.

Using the CARE model is simply about learning how to connect and communicate healthily and productively, using self awareness and self ownership as your compass. Using the CARE model supports the building of healthy relationships in teams and transforms cultures from being stressful, pressured, passive and disconnected to productive, dynamic, caring and fun. Consent

The definition of consent as given by the Oxford Dictionary is: Permission to do something, especially given by somebody in authority. We stand by the principle that every individual working in a company should know that they have the authority to give or withhold consent.

Agreement

We believe that in order to achieve success, on a daily and long term basis, teams must be aligned and in agreement with their individual tasks and workload. When there is an agreement in place people take ownership of the responcibilities alocated to them.

Respect

We understand that personal conduct is just as important as professional conduct in connecting with coworkers, clients, and suppliers. Our philosophy is rooted in respect and integrity. We believe that our actions define us, and strive to demonstrate that through our work.
